Artist Entry Form
Artists must be a current resident of the Waimakariri District. At the committee’s discretion a small number of non-resident applicants who are members of Arts Canterbury may be considered.
For those artists who are not residents of Waimakariri - do NOT pay your entry fee until you have received confirmation of acceptance. Confirmation will be determined after entries have closed on the 1st of May. You will receive your confirmation by Friday 8th May.
One display per artist or group.
If sharing a panel with another fellow artist – please both complete a form with reference to each other.

Artists have the option of either having one Horizontal panel which are 2300mm wide x 1200mm high, or two Vertical panels that are 1200mm wide x 2300mm High(totaling 2400mm wide x 2300mm High)

Only one NOT FOR SALE artwork can be displayed and must not be the sole entry.

It is $80 per panel, and $80 for a table or Freestanding floorspace for sculptures.

Commission of 25% will be deducted on all sales.
Terms and Conditions
The annual Corcoran French Kaiapoi Art Expo is Waimakariri district’s largest visual art show and attracts large crowds every year.
The 20th Kaiapoi Art Expo will be held on the 17 - 19th of July 2026 at The Kaiapoi Club, 113 Raven Quay, Kaiapoi.
